      For the bumpers, it undergoes simulations to assess the magnitude of product fatigue & structural performance,involves CAD design and CNC machining, then the mold is assembled and tested in advanced 3D prototyping. Multiple production products & simulation tests will be done to ensure the products can meet the performance requirements.

For the headlights, we use Resin Transfer Moulding (RTM) technology. With advancedtechniques, the moldings can be realized in a timely manner, which also increases precision. Perfect control of the structure also ensure good performance.

   For the interior parts, we use vacuum forming technique that is suitable for delicate designing, small quantity but large variety. Our plant makes sure all the parts are precisely made in a rapid way.
