If you receive a defective product, please send us photos of the issue. We will promptly forward them to our engineers and QC departments to address and resolve the problems as soon as possible.

Our quality control process involves multiple inspections to ensure high-quality products.
1)We start by checking incoming materials with our IQC team.
2)Our QC team inspects the first sample based on customer-provided parameters to determine if it can proceed to production.
3)During production, our IPQC team checks parts every two hours for defects.
4)Before sending products to the warehouse, our FQC team conducts a final inspection.
5)Our OQC team performs a 100% inspection of finished products before shipping.

It depends on the quantity of your order. Normally it's 20-25 working days.

Our packing method is usually in wooden cases.

Although our products are of good quality and durable, we still promise a three-year warranty, and our mold life is 500,000 shots.

Our delivery methods are FOB and DDP, and the export port is Yantian, Shenzhen, China, or the port can be shipped in Vietnam.We also offer booking, delivery and double clearance services.

If the sample is low value, we will provide the free sample with freight collect. But for some high value samples, we need to collect the sample charge.
