Cause of mold loss

1) The material of the main working parts of the mold is faulty. Poor material performance and wear resistance; The mold steel is unrefined and has a large number of smelting defects; The forging process of the convex and concave die and the forging blank is not perfect, and there are still hidden dangers of heat treatment.
2) The design of die structure is not reasonable. There is no reinforcement device designed for the slender punch, the discharge port is blocked and there is accumulation, and the excessive discharge force aggravates the alternating load of the punch.
3) The die making process is not perfect, which is mainly reflected in the poor internal quality of the convex and concave die forging blanks, and the problems in the heat treatment technology and process, resulting in the convex and concave die hardening, soft spots and uneven hardness. Sometimes microcracks, even cracks, grinding and polishing are not in place, and the surface roughness value is too large.
4) No lubrication or lubrication but poor effect
